1How to ingest data into Congrify?
Congrify integrates seamlessly with payment service providers, ingesting data through various methods such as SFTPs, Reporting APIs, or Webhooks. Customers only need to provide credentials from their payment service providers. Additionally, custom data can be uploaded via API or S3 ingestion.
2What Payment service providers are supported?
We offer direct integrations with leading payment service providers, including Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, Chase, PayPal, Checkout.com, Worldline, Worldpay, Barclaycard, and many more. If your provider isn’t supported yet, we’ll establish the connection within days.
3What can a company achieve with Congrify?
Congrify lets you activate modules based on your needs, providing unified reports via API or access to normalized provider reports through data warehouse sync (e.g., Snowflake). Our observability platform offers ready-to-use dashboards for monitoring payments and costs, while our reconciliation feature links payment data for accurate matching.
4How do you keep your data secure?
We highly focus on keeping our platform safe and secure by following best software and data engineering practices.
